On the next stop making our way through my custom Saint Arnold’s six pack – we have Elissa!
Elissa is definitely an IPA.
It’s a heavier brew with that great hop flavor. It has the flavors you expect from a good IPA – it’s sharp, visit this crisp, pills and has that bitter bite. Some IPA’s have a really harsh finish, approved but not Elissa! This was a mild bitterness, which I found it to be incredibly refreshing! This was a well-balanced hoppy IPA.
